Sean J. Fennel, Vice President

Sean brings over nine years of senior management and finance experience to Northlight Capital. His background includes general management, process improvement, accounting and finance. As Vice President of Northlight Capital, Sean is responsible for all aspects of transaction execution including due diligence, financing and managing transaction teams.

Prior to joining Northlight, Sean served as the Director of Quality Assurance for United Sleep Products and was a member of the senior management team which led an operational turnaround. Prior to that, he was the Director of Finance and Corporate Business Manager of Staten Island Yacht Sales, a leading yacht dealership which sells throughout the east coast, where he had also served in various management positions including customer service, quality control and accounting. Additional experience includes implementing a process improvement program for a major national retailer. He served in New York City's Staten Island Borough President's Office and in 1997, he was appointed by Governor George Pataki to the New York State Juvenile Justice Advisory Group as a Board Member and held the title of State Policy Maker until 2005. Sean has a Masters of Global Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's of Science in International Business and Finance from the City University of New York, Staten Island.
